Movement, sound, stretching, and deep centeredness with Inside and Outside Activity - We will discuss how to use “Yoga Chi” concepts and exercises for depression, anxiety, grief and transformative life lessons. And keep the “chi” moving even when we rest! (No need for you to bring a bathing suit, but check below.)*

Bring a pillow, towel, comfortable clothing, bathing suit, and a blanket if you need it during relaxations and/or a rain poncho when going outside.
