Soul Song Body TalkII
The Five Elements & Vibrational Healing Blending, twisting, breathing with Qi Qong, “Yoga Chi”, and the five element tonal scale for direction and motivation - we will begin to sense the vibrational qualities of our true “Chi” (life force). Chua Ka, the ancient self-massage technique of the healing warrior, will be the foundation of our exploration. Trina’s recent trip to Thailand’s tsunami area has grounded and added spice to this diverse approach to self-awareness. Throughout the day we will develop personal skills to sense and move with the buoyancy when chi is balanced through sound, movement and awareness. We will use the beach, pool and the elements (rain ponchos are a wise choice, too) - so come prepared with a pillow, comfortable clothing, towel, bathing suit, and a blankie (if need be). Pool time is optional - but some of you are going in! 9 am -12 noon - Kidney/Water, Lungs/Air & Ether/Soul 2-5pm - Spleen/Earth & Heart /Fire Our discussions will be about the broad spectrum of using vibration to gently shift deep experiences and physical trauma into a discovery of life changing and positive surrendering to the world around you. Finding a “personal practice” and learning new tools for clients are the goals for all of Trina’s classes, and unleashing your unique translation of these approaches is encouraged! Bring a pillow, towel, comfortable clothing, bathing suit, and a blanket if you need it during relaxations and/or a rain poncho when going outside.
