THE HISTORY OF THE HAND-L

The Hand-L was invented by Bob McAtee, an internationally known sports massage therapist, author and lecturer. He searched unsuccessfully for years for a massage tool that was both effective and comfortable to hold. The shape for the Hand-L came to him in a dream. HOW TO HANDLE THE HAND-L

Simply hold the Hand-L in the palm of your hand and rest your thumb on the Hand-L thumb. Do trigger points as usual, allowing the Hand-L to relieve the stress on the joints.

COMFORTABLE TO HOLD AND EASY TO USE!

The Hand-L makes a fabulous self massage tool. It's especially good for working along the occipital ridge, the hands and the feet.

GREAT FOR REFLEXOLOGY!

By holding the Hand-L as shown, you can easily apply cross-fiber strokes, deep stripping or deep pressure. There are many other ways to hold and use the Hand-L. Let your creativity and skill guide you.

HAND-L WITH CARE

Each Hand-L is made of high-fire stoneware clay. It's extremely durable, hygienic and temperature sensitive.

The Hand-L may be heated using hot (not boiling) water, a heating pad, sunshine, or by holding in your hands for a few minutes. It may also be chilled to provide cryotherapy applications.
